Harshad Mane is Company Secretary in whole time practice. He has been in this profession for last 8 years.
He is a Commerce graduate with specialisation in Business Management, Law Graduate (LLB) with specialisation in International Laws, Associate Company Secretaries, Masters in Economics, Masters in International Relations and has done Executive Programme in Management From IIT-Mumbai.
Before practice he has experience as Company secretary for listed Comapnies. During practice he has handled Compliances under Companies Act, Listed Companies compliances under SEBI Listing regulations and SEBI, Compliances for Foreign Companies, FEMA and Mergers & Acquisitions.
He has also been Consultant to Forward Markets Commission, erstwhile regulators of Commodities Markets in India.
He is also being engaged as faculty for Corporate Laws, Commodities Markets, Entreprenuership, Compliances and Strategy.
